Information seeking behaviour

This lecture provided an introduction to the general area of Information Seeking Behaviour, outlining where this area sits within the broad field of Information Science, how it relates to other aspects of Information Behaviour, it described some of the main approaches to investigating Information Seeking and how it can support the design of new systems and processes to help people access information more successfully.
