In this class, Pauline Rafferty examined 'genre' in relation to knowledge organization, with a particular focus on genre and cultural documentation. She examined the ways in which genre theory has been used as a frame through which to understand knowledge organization, and the ways in which genre has been used as an epistemological foundation for organising cultural documentation.
The class was delivered via Zoom and was attended by 92 participants from 29 countries. Presentation slides are available to all participants via the KO-ED forum on the ISKO UK website.
