ISKO UK wishes to give financial support to students with an interest in Knowledge Organization to encourage them to attend the ISKO UK 2019 conference on 15th and 16th July 2019. The grant covers the conference registration fee plus travel and accommodation for students based outside London.
ISKO UK 2019 conference ‘The Human Position in an Artificial World: creativity, ethics and AI in knowledge organization’ will take place at City, University of London on 15th and 16th July. The programme includes papers by leading academics and practitioners from around the world.
The Conference includes an innovative case study café alongside the formal presentations, posters and industry demonstrations. More information is available on our conference website www.iskouk2019.org
Applicants should be enrolled as postgraduate or undergraduate students on courses in any UK academic institution that covers some aspect of knowledge organization. This award is open to current students and to those who have graduated within one year of their application.
